Main Course: Veggie Boosted Pasta SideKicks


Use your favourite package of pasta SideKicks to make this

nutrient boosted version.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups frozen veggies, like peas and carrots
  • 1 package (about 130 grams) pasta SideKicks
  • 2 cups milk

Directions for Preparation

  1. In a medium-size pot, add the water. Bring up to a boil.
  2. Stir in the package of Sidekicks.
  3. Stir and let boil for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the milk. Heat until boiling.
  5. Turn off the heat and let sit to thicken.
