Kids will love this breakfast version of a traditional hot dog. Try peanut butter alternatives for allergy-safe school-lunches.

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or alternative
  • 1 teaspoon jam
  • ½ teaspoon hemp heart (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • 1 hot dog bun, preferably whole wheat

Directions for Preparation

  1. Slather the hot dog bun with the peanut butter and jam.
  2. Sprinkle on the hemp heart and the chia seeds (optional). 
  3. Place the banana inside the bun.
  4. Enjoy!
