Snack: Blueberry Overnight Oats

Cooking time:


  • 1 single-serve packet of instant oatmeal, any flavor
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  •  ¾ cups milk

Directions for Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a mason jar or container. Stir.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.  
  3. Eat cold or warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds.

For an added nutrition boost, add a teaspoon or two of any nut or seed. This breakfast recipe takes one minute to put together the night before. It could not be easier to grab and go the next morning to warm up later or eat as is.
